September used to be called the other harvest month, as the second harvest month after August. September is also a month in which we all get back in line after the summer and we prepare for the last months of this year. What fun memories will you take with you into the fall to remember?
When I think of the above, I immediately think of the Plough pose. In this pose you come with your feet behind your head (your hands support your lower back) so that your back is nicely straight.
Plough – ‘Halasana’

- Stimulates the abdominal organs and thyroid
- Stretches the shoulders and spine
- Helps to relieve menopausal symptoms
- Reduces stress and fatigue
- Therapeutic for back pain, headache, infertility and insomnia
September for me is the month in which I hope to be able to reach even more people with wego.yoga and to experience whether the preparation (sowing) is also bearing its fruits (harvesting). So far I am proud of the result I have already achieved and I am happy with the nice people who come to my classes. The relaxed and happy faces after the lesson always give me a nice and satisfied feeling!
